Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 USD. Orders under $60 USD have a flat shipping rate of $2.99 USD.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@getspinscrub.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
