Damages, Defects & Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@getspinscrub.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no return required.

Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Change of Mind As we ship directly from our supplier to keep costs low and delivery fast, we're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be fulfilled. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
